How uatgpt.com collects, uses, and protects information.

Last updated:

1. Information We Collect

uatgpt.com collects minimal information necessary to operate and improve the service. We do not require user accounts, and we do not collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers through normal site usage.

Server-Side Analytics

When you visit a page, our server-side analytics system logs the following non-personal data points:

  • Page path — the URL of the page visited
  • Referrer — the page that linked you here (if available)
  • Country — derived from your IP address at the network edge (the IP itself is not stored)
  • Device type — mobile, desktop, or tablet classification
  • Bot classification — whether the request appears to be from an automated crawler

No personal identifiers are stored in these logs. IP addresses are used for country-level geolocation at the network edge and are not persisted.

2. How We Use Information

The non-personal data we collect is used for:

  • Understanding aggregate traffic patterns and popular content
  • Improving site performance and user experience
  • Identifying and filtering bot traffic
  • Diagnosing technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or share any collected data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies and Tracking

uatgpt.com uses the following types of cookies and local storage:

First-Party

  • Theme preference — stored in localStorage to remember your chosen display mode across visits. No personal data.

Third-Party

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — uses cookies to distinguish unique sessions. See Section 4 for details.
  • Google AdSense — may set cookies to serve and measure advertisements. See Section 4 for details.
  • Cloudflare — may set security-related cookies for bot detection and DDoS protection.

4. Third-Party Services

Google AdSense

uatgpt.com displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use GA4 to understand site traffic in aggregate. GA4 collects information such as pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. Google Analytics does not collect personal identifiers on our site. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare

uatgpt.com is served through Cloudflare's network, which provides CDN, DNS, and security services. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request metadata for security and performance purposes. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

5. Client-Side Tools

All interactive tools on uatgpt.com run entirely in your browser. No data you enter into any tool is transmitted to our servers. Your inputs, calculations, and results remain on your device and are never logged, stored, or accessible to us.

6. Data Retention

Server-side analytics data is retained for a maximum of 90 days before automatic deletion. Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be retained indefinitely for trend analysis.

Third-party services (Google Analytics, AdSense, Cloudflare) maintain their own retention schedules as described in their respective privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing

Because we collect no personal identifiers, there is typically no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold data about you that you wish to address, please contact us.

8. International Compliance

This policy is designed with awareness of the following regulations:

  • GDPR (EU/EEA) — We minimize data collection, do not process personal data beyond legitimate interest, and support your right to object.
  • CCPA (California) — We do not sell personal information. We do not collect categories of personal information as defined under CCPA during normal site usage.
  • PDPA (Singapore) — As a Singapore-based operation, we comply with the Personal Data Protection Act. We collect, use, and disclose personal data only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate.
